Drop out of school and bake all dayyyy

This semester is crushing my soul and leaving me with little time to bake or blog or do anything besides chemistry homework. On a positive note, my Chem instructor agreed that he'd give me an A lab grade if I'd bring him a delicious cupcake and a write up of all of the chemical reactions that occur throughout the baking process. Score. So anyway, since I haven't been baking at all lately, here's a random photo of some bridal shower cupcakes that I baked earlier this year. Strawberry and vanilla cake with buttercream. Classy, right?
